Working at the Y

The Oswego YMCA offers positions in youth programs, childcare, wellness and fitness, facilities, member services, and administrative support. Opportunities range from part-time and seasonal roles to full-time career positions, depending on current needs.

Many positions do not require previous YMCA experience. We provide training and ongoing support to help team members succeed. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to our mission and values.
